Default Inner Tie Rod Leakage?

Hey guys,

I have some pics of a possible point of oil leakage--I believe it's the inner tie rod on the driver's side. Here are some pics that I took on my 1 MEGAPIXEL camera phone. Sorry for the poor quality!

To find out for sure, you have to loosen the clamp on the inner tie rod side of the boot and move the boot to the side to see inside if there's fluid in there. If there is then there's the culprit.

Yep, pull back the sleeve and see if it's leaking. If so, you can either repair or replace the rack.

Yeah I have the same problem, leaking from the rack. Steering rack bumpsteers like crazy and doesnt correct its position so I have to keep a decent grip on the wheel.

Got it. Thanks for the tips guys. I'll be sure to sleeve the boot back and determine the leaky culprit.
