Is the Pillow Ball upper mount coilovers that bad? considering Megan LP right now which isn't expensive compared to Ksport or Stance "also Pillow ball upper mounts".

BC R is just over my budget, its a rubber mount just like Megan EZ..

Is there difference in quality or all pillow ball mounts makes noises??

I'm confused which set I should go for without having problems

I'm not sure where people get off saying the pillowball mounts make additional noises, as I've have two different sets of coilovers with pillowball mounts on two different cars and no odd noises to speak of from either. I actually prefer the pillowball mounts compared to the rubber, due to the performance/feel difference. See what Tein has to say about them :

"Pillowball upper mounts are designed to offer greater feed back by eliminating the deflection in OEM rubber bushings. A NWB spherical bearing is used in place of the rubber bushing, which allows for improved tire grip and more accurate wheel alignment. In vehicles with front strut type suspension, an adjustable camber plate is incorporated into the upper mount. Degrees of adjustment will range depending on application."
