Default Brake dust?

hello all

I notice after washing the car (IS 2007) and the rims that the front rims get dusty with black dust ( probably from the brake pads) in one or two days , is this normal with you guys .

The dealer said the brakes are okay and there is no whistling i hear but when he car is stopping i feel slight roll under my feet. The disk looks okay to me!

Any ideas please advice
thanks

It's normal--do a search--you'll find tons of info.

Posi-Quiet pads are your solution.

110% Normal and very irritating. Good thing we Plasti dipped our wheels and don't have to worry about this anymore. Posi-Quiet pad's like mentioned above will help.

If you were still under the original 4 yr warranty then Lexus would swap on new, low-dust, pads for free.

Since you aren't you can buy em yourself for 50-60 bucks from Sewell and the dust problem goes away.

Had the same problem and took it to my dealer. They replaced all my brake pads with the low dust ones for free under warranty.
