Having never owned a "Sporty" car. I saw on nigel-jdmparts.com that they have the "Members Brace" and "Performance Dampers". What the hell is a Members Brace? And the sway bars really going to help even with a lowered car? Wouldn't want the ride to feel stiff.

Like I said, first time owner with some noob question.

Best advice is to wait... These are JDM parts that are only available in Japan right now hence the extreme high costs of the items. SEMA just passed and all the new stuff is coming out little by little given by January we should see a crap load of aftermarket parts!

Cross member brace

sway bars help reduce body roll and steering response, wont make the ride more stiff. You may feel more road vibration due to the increase in rigidity.

performance dampers are referring to shocks

So the members brace aren't sway bars, what's their purpose?

Performance Dampers
Members Brace

those arent sway bars in the Members Brace picture. They are for stiffening the chassis. The "performance dampers" look like sway bars. In the US we usually call shocks/struts dampers

Not sure why they are called that, maybe a mistranslation from japanese.

I can't wait to see and hear the new F sport exhaust! Just hoping they would eliminate cabin drone this time around.

Yes, probably. If you drop the car without doing shocks, the shocks won't get the suspension travel they were designed for. You'd be better off doing springs/shocks as a package designed to work together.

I would like to get the TRD shocks and springs, will this be compatible with the variable suspension and any parts guys what are the other part numbers I need to make these complete so all it becomes is a swap... Hats, nuts, bump stop, i dont have a parts list but would just order everything to be able to quick swap from TRD to stock...

Thanks for any help,

Johnny
