Default Weird situation with springs

So yesterday met this guy local who also drives a Lexus, I don't think he's on CL though

Here's the situation...we drive the exact same car with same wheels and same suspension setup:

1. 2009 IS250 AWD
2. ugly 16" steelies with 205/55R16 snow tires
3. H&R springs with stock shocks (AWD specific springs)

But his front seemed much lower than mine

After a quick measurement with a box, his front is roughly 1" lower than my front
Rear are about the same

We pushed down his front and there isn't any bounce, so don't think his shocks are blown

The only difference is I had the springs on for about 8 months, and he had them on for a good 2.5 years

Any idea?

What are his alignment specs? Worn bushings could produce a situation where the control arms are no longer supporting the weight of the vehicle, subsequently creating "spring sag".
