Squealing brake noise

When my car is not warmed up yet and while im driving and step on my brakes and it squeals very bad especially when im in reverse but as soon as the car warms up it doesnt do it much. I took it to the shop and they changed the brake pads to it and it still squeals when i brake. Does anyone know what it could be?

this should be a simple fix. clean your calipers and pads with brake cleaner. then put anti squeal grease on your shims.

there a new design shims available if you still using the old design.. mine does the same thing except in the front.. got the new shims from sewell and applied grease... noise gone now..
