Hi guys -

I've searched for days before posting this, but I can't really find a good answer to this question.
I have an 09 AWD is250, and I'm getting ready to throw on some rims and drop it next week.

I'm getting black TSW Bardo's - the guys at the shop think that SPRINGS will be a lot better than coilovers.

They are planning on putting on H & R springs, which will give me a 1.4 drop in the front and a 1.3 inch drop in the rear.

Will that be good enough? And what's the ride quality like on these springs for those of you that have them?

Coilovers all the way. I had H&Rs, then switched to bc coilovers. There's more pros than cons. Adjustable dampening, height, custom spring rates(depending on brand).

unless you plan on going lower anytime soon, theres nothing wrong with h&r's.

Yeah, there are countless threads where people state that they shouldnt have wasted time and money on springs because they eneded up going for coilovers down the road.
