Just get the OEM Toyota brake fluid...2 of the small bottles will be enough for a DIY bleed and fill.

I've used motul rbf600. It's made for racing super expensive. I am switching to synthetic dot 4.

arent there issues putting dot4 in the 2is? also isnt dot 3/4 both synthetic? I was just thinking of getting valvolines dot3/4 combo fluid.

All DOT4 fluids are compatible with DOT3. DOT3 is not compatible with DOT4 if you car required DOT4. Since Lexus recommends DOT 3 you can use either 3 or 4. If you are just driving around the street any DOT3/4 will be fine but I do prefer synthetic. I use ATE Superblue racing fluid as I track my car quite a bit but it is not worth the price if you never see any track use.

i did some research online and from what I gather dot3 still seems to be more reliable for long term. Can I use Castrol dot4?
