Nice mod Bit! I had the exact same results...less jiggly rear end...luckily, due to the lack of resonators on my GS, I upgraded to the "Type A" bar (the full "box") from the "Type B"....didn't notice much of a difference....

Honestly, I would say if you're happy with the exhaust system that is on your car now and the "Type A" won't fit (due to the resonators or whatnot) don't bother changing it just for the sake of doing the "Type A" brace.
However, if you CAN do he "Type A" brace, I would take it over a "Type B". TOM'S doesn't tend to make stuff just for the sake of making it...you know what I mean? If the "Type-B" was "good enough", then wouldn't have bothered jigging up to make a "Type A"...

The lower one alone would add some stiffness. A "big difference" is hard to quantify. Not as big as changing springs and shocks for example.
But adding both is definitely noticeable.
