Changed sway bar(problem)
Changed sway bar out to an ISF one on my is250 and every other start up my AFS off light flashes on and off....any help?

Check the height sensor on the driver side endlink, most likely its not in the correct position.

Agreed. Make sure the latch is correctly bolted onto the LCA and that the linkage has the correct alignment.
I just did my F-sport rear sway this weekend and have nothing but + things to say about it.
