Megan front upper control arm
Does anyone have these installed on max negative?
I am currently running spc ball joints on the front but need another 1 cm of negative in order to tuck. However, the problem is that with the spc ball joints on full negative, they are almost touching the strut. It seems like I wouldnt be able to add more negative camber because of strut clearance. Has anyone installed the megan control arms on full negative?

Nope. I've only read of one member having purchased the Megan UCAs and now he is selling them. I don't even believe they were installed. Anyhow, they give you +/- 2.5 degrees from what this owner said; but if you need even more, you might be able to use the SPCs along with the Megan arms AND even add FIGs off-set bushings into the arms.

I haven't done anything yet with the front control arms, but am looking at the front SPC ball joint option now. Can I ask whether this ball joint when replacing the OEM ones, does it give you an ADDITIONAL negative 1.5 camber? Or does it only give you a total of negative 1.5 degrees max?
To clarify why I'm asking is that my last alignment done I have about negative 0.8-1 degree already with all stock parts (and I understand that it's not adjustable), so just wondering if the SPC joint will be in addition to - which would equal max total of negative 2.5, or would it just be max neg 1.5?
Appreciate your help.
EDIT - clarification, I have a 2008 IS F.
Thanks,

^I don't know IS-F alignment specs, but seeing .8-1 degrees of negative camber on a single wheel should be within stock spec...at least, it would be on my IS350.
Anyhow, it actually answer your question. Take my car for example, I lowered it on BCR coilovers and once lowered and then aligned I had about 2.4 degrees of - camber up front. To help reduce that "excessive" amount of - camber I added SPC ball joints and added about 1.2 degrees of + camber into the UCA...thus netting me a stockish - camber of 1.2 degrees (just at limit of stock spec). If you want to do the reverse and add - camber onto your stock suspension setup, you'll add the amount of - camber added from the SPC ball joint PLUS that of the stock setup (.8-1 degrees).
Hope this helps!
