Default Rotors and pads noise issue - HELP!

So I recently put new wheels on my 94 SC300, 19x8.5+32 up front and 19x9.5+35 in the rear and after doing this my rear passenger side rotor was making a tisking light scraping noise. I figured it must be because the rotor is warped because I had a seized caliper on that side of the car a few months ago but the rotor was never replaced, however the pads were. Car made a loud humming noise braking from a 30-40mph roll to a complete stop, such as getting off an exit on the highway with the stock wheels, but not tisking/scraping noise like with these aftermarket wheels. When I put these aftermarket wheels on, the tisking/scraping noise is very noisy. I took apart the caliper, bracket, pads, and rotor, looked for shiny areas that could be rubbing, and still no signs of rubbing. Everything looks like it has plenty of clearance while the car is moving. Tried moving around the dust shield plenty of times, no difference in noise. So I said the hell with it, and bought new cross-drilled and slotted rotors and pads for the rear. Went to go put on the rear passenger side today, took off all the old stuff, compressed the piston in the rear caliper with the brake reservoir open, put the new pads in, bolted everything back on, took it for a drive and now there is an EXTREMELY loud scraping noise while driving, I tried driving it about a mile, but the noise will not go away. Took all the stuff apart again, made sure everything was seated properly and then drove it again. Same noise! What the hell am I doing wrong here? I am so fed up with this to say the least. I swear, every time I replace rotors and pads on my SC, this crap always happens and it is really annoying. I can never just slap the stuff on and go break the pads in and be done. Does anyone else have this issue, and what the hell am I doing wrong?

BTW - I am also using the hub centric rings and tuner lugs with my aftermarket wheels.

Could it be your hub bearing? next time you pull stuff off try spinning your hub itself and see if that makes any sounds.

^ try this. should make a grinding sound. check for wheel/rim play when you jack up the car.

wheel bearing should make a humming when your driving. faster you go, the louder it gets.,
