Good lowering springs for a 99 SC300?
So Im looking to lower my SC. I only want it lowered about 1 inch give or take a little. But I wasn't sure what springs would be best for me to get. I looked at Tanabe NF210s, but a lot of people said that these barely lowered it at all. I found some Espelir ASD's, but it said they were only for 92-97. Would these fit a 99? My suspension is currently 100% stock, and I'm not looking for coilovers, unless I can find a good pair for cheap. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to keep the stock ride quality, I'd advise against the Espelirs. They drop a bit more than an inch and the ride will be more harsh. I have the Eibach Pro-kits and they retain the factory ride with just an inch drop. If you plan on running your stock wheels, you might want to look into spacers so they don't look tucked like a sunken boat. 15-20mm up front and 25mm in back should have your car sitting pretty.

Thmotorsports is the only place I know of that might have them in stock.

+1 on Espelir's being aggressive, especially on old stock dampers, they'll blow them quickly. Eiher way, I think you should install new dampers along wth whatever springs you get, new top mounts and even boots/insulators. With all the assembly it takes to change out the springs, might as well do everything once.

Jk, if you want to replace both springs and shocks together all at once look into supra mkiv suspension, you have more to choose from and its a plug and play,
Everyone likes for their car to ride different, some like luxury, some like sporty/street, some race/track, what do you want out of your cars suspension?
He he he, I thought i was the only one who thought this way, because most of the people on the forum are hung on coilovers nuts, not knowing the concequence.
I am on bilsteins hd and tein s spings for mkiv and its more like a stock luxury ride at slow speeds, but once you get fasters it gets firmer. But becoming too soft for me, going to a firmer spings or going back to my sleeves with even firmer springs rates than tein s tech 738lb/in in the front.
Thats whats great about using bilsteins, you can still adjust the suspension hight by 1/2 inch by adjusting a c clip, or slide a sleeve over it and a race sping and youre ready for a track time

I have an Espelir ASD/Tokiko Blue set-up which does give it a 2" drop but the ride is too harsh for my taste. Since the Tokikos are new, what what would be the best coil to pair with them for a better ride aside from stock as I do want it lowered?
