Default Megan Racing camber kit?

I have them installed on my car, but am having trouble getting them to turn. When I first got them i zero'd them to the max negative before i installed them. Is it possible that I have to take them off to adjust or do i just need to put in more arm work to twist it?

I'm guessing you are talking about the rear camber arms from Megan.
I'm not sure what the issue is, so I'll just throw some ideas out:
Are the wheels on the groung while you are trying to adjust it? That would definatly make it difficult.
If you have the wheels off the ground, remember you are moving all the unsprung suspension weight so it should be significantly more difficult than when you maxed them out before installing them. Also it is difficult to get your bearings while under the car so make sure you are turning them the right direction.

Typically, the car is weighted while being aligned. But the plates that the car sits on all slide. However, I have seen a machine that allows the car to be lifted and adjusted in the air, after the initial caster changes in the steering arc have been measured.

You need to get your wheels on something that will allow them to side a bit - two pieces of high density plastic sheets work. (e.g. sandwiched between your tire and the floor).
