Any washers will work. Not sure what needs to be custom made here. Just go to home depot and buy 6 for like .15 cents each..

I was also told that the new bars should fit just fine, they were re-designed so no washers needed

that's what I did, 6 little crush washers on top of the oem ring spacer thing. done deal.

The trd one you need a big spacer for it to work.

So i finally ended up getting the spacers i needed and the stud is too short. I guess BC racing makes em short. I posted another thread with the pics

Now what do i do? Also how in the heck did u guys install this thing? I drop it on one side and the opposite side doesn't wanna go in. And it looks the bar rubs against one of the hoses
