Yikes, if the balljoint boot is torn, most likely the ball joint is also going to need replacement. Hopefully you can return the bushings and just go with replacing the arms. You won't regret it. The Supra LCA's already have stiffer bushings off the bat and helps tighten up the feel of the front end.

Why do people use MKIV lower control arms?

I agree some are not "serviceable" but somewhere a company makes replacement ball joints.

because they are cheaper then Lexus arms.

there isnt any know company to makes replacement ball joints for our SC LCA.
