I like the OEM low dust pads. I did a lot of racing with them in the mountains =)

What year is your IS350? There are 2 different standard replacement OEM part numbers and there is also the low dust alternative brake pad available.

I have a 09 is350 : Front:0446530450 Rear:0446622190 . i think OEM is more cheaper then the EBC Yellow . IF the OEM better , of course i will chose it

If the OP has to ask and doesn't give any more details that what they did, I'd say OEM would be prefectly fine for them.

I have had the joy of going through many sets of brake pads due to my track day fedish. If you don't track your car and anen't trying to set speed records in the canyons the OEM low dust are great and cheap. Also have gone through 2 sets of StopTech pads which are about the same price as OEM and handle a bit more abuse but are much more dusty than the OEM low dust pads are have similar performance while driving around town. Currently running EBC yellow stuff which work really well but have even more dust than the StopTec pads and run about double the price of the OEM. Seem to hold up pretty good to heat but I only have one track day on them when I was breaking them in so I need to get back to the track to see if they are really worth the extra cost. All in all if I didn't track the car I would be using the OEM low dust. Still trying to find the perfect pad that is good on the track but doesn't suck on the street. May never get there knowing how heavy the IS350 is.

I agree, just replaced mine with akebono's both the front and back. Big difference in brake dust between oem.
