great video....... is that all you used was the 120 grit or did you go up to smooth out the surface? Those must be new arms and where did you buy the bushing kit? Curious to see how these hold up over time... as i heard the polyurethane Daizen kits makes noise i think... Are these FIGS polyurethane?

Not new, just painted. They are actually the original arms. I had already replaced the arms with Toyota ones and kept these ones.
Yes they are Figs/Superpro bushings.
I had already smoothed out the surface before painting, but the surface is already quite smooth as the sleeve was in there.
They are poly, but no noise.

Driver School Candidate
Very good video. Just got a new shop press and press tools so I'm doing mine this weekend along with new front UCA's and front lower radius arm (LCA #2) bushing replacement using Super Pro poly bushings, new calipers all around with new slotted and cross-drilled rotors and Brembo pads all around. Shouldn't be too bad since I have all the tools I need to do the job correctly. The shop press will make easy work of it all.
