Default Ebrake removal and stuck caliper

I've been replacing my driver's rear wheel bearing and I am hung up (yet again, and literally this time) by the e brake cable in my 93. I was told about a junction where it can disconnect, but I haven't been able to locate it. I was also advised to remove the shoe, but I do not know how. This is the last bit holding it - hell it's even off the axle already. I need any possible way to remove this thing.

Additionally, my main brake's caliper was tough to get off and tough to widen, a general indication of a stuck caliper. Any remedy or is a new one needed?

This damned thing is the only thing keeping me back right now. Anybody know how to remove it??

I eventually took apart the whole drum brake. Easier than I thought.
