Default Shocks/springs

How hard is it to change shocks/springs on the 01 is300 and any recommendations on which ones to buy?

Surprisingly not too bad, took me like 3 hours to do all four corners by myself, but then again I've done springs a million times. I went with the tein s tech, good drop once settled and great ride quality, however I will be going for coilovers soon, I got the more low bug

I did my bros 02 sedan and my 02 sx. He got tein h tech and I got eibach prokit. His h tech settled lower than mine for some reason. koni/eibach a good combo if you don't want it really low.
