Default rear suspension issues

What would cause the rear end to sway left to right and right to left when hitting bumps or potholes? I want to make sure I'm replacing the right parts.

have you checked sway bar and sway bar links under your car? Do they look to be intact in the rear of the vehicle?

Inspect your rear subframe bushings and differential bushings too. How is your alignment?
