Ok ive just installed the daizen control arm and sway bar bushings, the difeerence is very noticeable upfront and the car has allot les body roll when coming into a turn however,
when my rear sway bar bushings were replaced with the new daizens i started getting this squishing crunching sound, which i have never had before, whats going on is there a break in period? or is there anything wrong with these bushings, please help i dont want to drive another day with my system blasting so i dont hear the squishy sound. And yes they are the right biushings.

Lexo,
I have the same bushings.. No noise.
Who installed them, any pics? Did you follow the instructions?
You may want to take it to a shop, or back to a shop to have them check the torque on all the joints. If you over tightened one or two, it will make that sound. Specially the ball joints.

The shop should have the service manual. The bolt torque settings are all there. I would be careful on some of the joints. They need to be near the factory setting or you will have problems later. Also check for damage to the ball joints. Those are tricky to remove properly. Most experienced shops will have little problem with this.

Oh man! Yes they need grease, and it pretty much HAS to be the grease that the kit came with...
Make sure they didn't toss it or keep it for their junk drawer, that is a special grease that is designed for that application. Any other grease will not last.
Maybe they didn't read the instructions with it?!?!![Confused](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
The instructions are VERY clear on installation.
Let me know how it goes...

Lexo,
I would demand that they reorder a new kit and install it correctly. I have ZERO problems with my setup. I even installed them myself. The pics are on this forum. They fit perfectly, they work perfectly, and they cured all the problems with the lower control arm bushings with no problems.
It's not the kit, it's the shop.

All they needed was some grease, hey tommy any way you can send me some more of that grease i need to regrease the front end too. Thanks tom and by the way they work great remind me of my 1 inch clearance integra turbo. I hope you have more items for the lexus because your prices are cheap and far superior to anything else on the market .

I had the Daizen sway bar bushings on my car. They did improve the handling, but the noise was unbearable. I had them greased twice but the sound would return after a few weeks. I went back to the stock swaybar bushings and am much happier with them The control arm bushings are great though. No problems there.

A handful of people had received a different grease with the kit, we have a new grease that pretty much eliminates that squeak problem. Why didn't you ask us about it you would have gotten some free of charge.
