I just purchased a 2012 IS250 AWD recently and thinking to upgrade to IS350 calipers front and rear.
I know i'll have to purchase front IS350 caliper, brake pads and rotors.
as for rear I'll need calipers and roters but I just noticed the brake pads parts # are same for IS250 and IS350. do they use SAME pads but just different calipers? if that's the case I can keep my pads correct?
I think the rear is identical btwn the 250/350 (caliper and pads) so there would be no reason for you to have to upgrade them. Just the fronts are different.

i dont think they share the same pads either. i could be wrong but i dont think they do
That's right. Same rear pads, but rotors are vented, wider, and calipers are wider to accommodate the wider rotors. Is250s are a solid non-vented rotor.
