Popping, clicking noise from front end when I drop clutch at high RPM
I hear a "pop (with click undertones)" type of sound from the front end (n my 300) when I drop the clutch at high RPM from a standstill. If I ease it into gear I don't hear it but anything close to a burnout and I hear the sound from the front end. I recently (a few days ago) installed BC Racing coilovers and Poly bushings on LCA, UCA and steering rack. What could cause a sound like this only under load? I also notice my front end on the 300 is slightly less
"well behaved" on bumpy roads than my 400. On bumpy roads It feels like the steering wheel is shaking in my hand a bit. The 400 seems to track nice and straight, transferring none of the bump vibrations to my hands through the wheel, it absorbs the bumps and stays perfectly straight at all times. The problem is mild on the 300 but I want them both to be perfect up front.
The 300 has 68K and the 400 has 129K but tracks a bit better. Both have had most of the same stuff done up front. Recent alignment on both.

Crank pulley will make more of a squealing noise than a pop/click. However it's easy enough to check when the serpentine belt is off, just wiggle the crank pulley and if there is any play or it tries to separate into two pieces at the pulley then it's time to replace it. I would def check motor mounts too though.
Also for the wobbly steering wheel it's most likely that the steering rack bushings are going out, I'd replace those, I have the same problem in my car and a set of whiteline bushings sitting in my closet waiting for this weekend. I'll report in if the problem goes away.

How many hours of labor is required to change the motor mounts on the 300? how about for the transmutation mounts?
