Hey guys new here just bought my is300 last week but having some issue my e brake Dosnet work and my rear brakes make some type of grinding noise when I come to slow speed point and I here lightly while driving plz help

what you mean your ebrake doesnt work? like when you pull it really high and still doens't stop?

maybe needs to adjust the ebrake.

If your hearing grinding, your pads are worn down to metal. Had the same problem/noise when I bought mine used. Very easy to do the pads yourself and relatively inexpensive if the rotors aren't toast.

E brake is a separate issue

+1, new pads and ebrake cable adjustment are called for. Check your rotors to make sure they aren't overly grooved.
