Are KWv3 rebuildable? And if so how much are the replacement shocks? Do you also have to send the shocks back to factory or you can just do it yourself like the case with BCR coils?

There's a nice, slightly used set of KWs on CL here in the F/S if anyone wants to try them out!

^ i think those are for the IS-F... unless you are talking about another posting.

Does anyone know the spring rate for the KW3s? Softer or stiffer than the BCs?

you can use kw v3 coils from an IS-F in your is 250/350.
the difference are the springs, which are stiffer/harder in the is-f version.

^Bingo! Just just for example, instead of getting the standard 10k/8k BCR setup, some go with a 14k/12k setup instead. That would be like what you'd be doing with those IS-F KWs. But IDK if you care for such a spring rate. Are you wanting a very compliant, DD-friendly ride quality or a more sporty, weekend racer-friendly rate?

12k/10k is a good hybrid for DD-friendly and weekend racer warriors.

^I have 12k/8k currently and yes, it is a very DD-friendly setup; however, I now wish I had went with a 14k/10k setup for my driving style. I like to keep the rear on the softer side to help with traction and wheel hop.

Yeah 12k/8k is very DD-friendly. I like the rear to be on stiffer side to reduce understeer and the tendency to do power oversteer drifting. That is why 12k/10k instead of 12k/8k. I like 2k gap more than 4k gap.

14k/10k I think is very good for handling. You keep contemplating on this already, when will you pull the trigger
