Brake Job Opinion (Rotor, caliper, pads)

I just did my '01 GS300 Brakes all the way around for with Drilled and slotted rotors, ceramic pads...
$220 shipped from Prime Choice Auto Parts on Amazon.
all 'performance' parts.
So far all is well.... maybe 100 miles on em....
They do seem like good quality
The only thing was the rear rotors didn't clear the parking brake backing plate and I had to shave it just a little... this is a common issue people run into on these... you never see em, so it's not a cosmetic concern

I didn't really have a 'click', at least not JUST a click....
I guess I did have some 'clicking' but the prominent issue on mine was a grind / dragging noise... bit of squeak...
If you remove the rear rotor and look at the backing plate of the parking drum, you would see some shiny bare metal fresh from rubbing... be sure to look all the way around it, as mine was dragging most at the bottom.... also look inside the rotor, at the outer edge of the 'drum' portion for the parking brake there is a groove the backing plate lip runs inside and if it is dragging at all you will see that it is shiny in there as well.
An easy fix for this is grind down the lip. I see there are also spacer shims as well but I didn't want to mess with that, I just ground mine down a little and I'm good... I'll never have to worry about it again
