Default Race Tech or Power-Slot

I'm in the dilemma choosing between Race Tech and Power-Slot rotors. While Race Tech is $20 less than Power-Slot, how will Race Tech stand up to Power-Slot? For me, price is not object but I want the best of them since safety is my priority. Anyone with experience with either rotors are welcome to insert his inputs. Thank you very much.

Brembo doesn't carry SupraTT rotors.

Wink hey bro.

Hey RAristo. I had brembo OEM size cross-drilled front & POWERSLOTS in the rears on my last Y2KGS400 platinum. I had Metal-masters rear pads on em. I had NO problems w/the powerslots & for the $$ they performed great. I loved em so much I'm gonna put them on again on my new ride but, I'm gonna try the Greenstuff pads this time around. They are currently sitting in my bedroom just waiting to be put on.
You can get em from Steve or Tirerack at a great price. I got mine from tirerack.

Paul,

Thank you for your information. I already picked up a set of 4 power-slot rotors and some OEM pads last week. Regarding to EBC greenstuff, I know lots of CL people use them but I personally has a terrible experience with them on my OEM M3 rotors. Perhaps it's another story for Lexus but I've had my fair share of luck. I'm gonna try to pick up the lines and perhaps calipers from Steve. Left him a message almost 2 days ago and haven't heard from him yet.

Dex,

Thanks for your reminder too.

Manaray,

EBC Greenstuff was installed by professional on my 97 M3 and proper bedding technique performed by them. 3 sets of BMW OEM plain rotors were warped within a year. But once I switched to Brembo rotors, everything was good again. I thought EBC Greenstuff is mild compared to other aftermarket pads since it's street use and the shop which I don't go anymore told me it would be okay to use EBC with OEM rotors. Later I tried some Hawk pads (got them in groupbuy for $100ish front and rear) and they worked, in my hummble opinion, better than EBC Greenstuff.

Tmasta,

Which Endless pads are you using right now?

For people who are interested in Endless brake pads, for now, order compounds NA-Y, NA-S, or NA-M, and receive an option for a free upgrade to a SUPER STREET SPORTS pad of the similar compound at no extra charge directly from EndlessUSA.com

I have EBC pads and Powerslot rotors (in supraTT size), no complain (over 3months already), definitely better than the TRD pad in comparing the dust level, braking power is not as good as TRD, but still pretty solid.

I wonder how do you bedding the thing professionally? I was bedding my pads and rotors for 400 miles driving period. How did your shop do it? they actually drive your car for a whole week?

else, the warping if due to you, since you are too hard on the brake when it is brand new. Read the pad/and rotor break in procedure carefully, any brand, I think they all called for VERY easy on the brake for at least 200miles.

Anh,

I'm not a brake kit specialist therefore I couldn't answer your question regarding the bedding. They took the car for a ride without me being present for a hour, more or less. And no, I didn't apply any hard brake anytime within the first month. Actually, I barely applied any hard brake at anytime since I'm not your fast and furious type.

tmasta,

Are you using any aftermarket rotors to accommodate your Endless pads? I'm guessing Endless?
