3IS F Sport Springs

Hey everyone,
I just ordered a set of f sport lowering springs and am getting them installed next Tuesday. I'll try and post some before and after pictures after about a month (to give time for the springs to settle). I'm hoping they will look the same as leo877's ride as I think it looks perfect if you want a very subtle drop. I'll keep everyone posted!

Well I just got them installed and I'm going to wait to give my final verdict on the f sport springs but so far (like some of the others) it's really not a noticeable difference. I'm going to wait a month to let the springs settle a bit and post some pictures. On a positive note I do notice that the handling is improved and the ride really doesn't feel all too different than stock.

I also purchased the FSPORT springs and saw no difference in the front, but about a 1/2 inch drop to the rear. The benefit, a subtle drop with little to no damage to the shocks in the long run. The downfall, little to no drop. I eventuality swapped them out with Coilovers. The ride improved over the stock ride and the drop was exactly what I wanted. See attached pics for more.

Thanks for sharing that Jmaarc13. Your car looks amazing on that coilover setup! Looking at the F Sport setup I like the subtle drop so seeing a picture of yours along with some others I think it will be good enough for me :-)

The f-sport shocks are designed for the f-sport springs you will get much longer life from them plus you can keep your stock ones in the garage until time to trade/sell the car.
You can use f-sport springs in the stock struts but you may shorten the life of the shocks.

Need to? No. Should you? Yes.

okay, so i just ordered these to put on a non-f-sport is 250. will i run into problems as the car is not an f-sport or will i be fine? i just installed the g-spider lexus rims and i'm looking for a 3/4" drop or somewhere around there. i also have coming a set of rs*r down springs but i don't think i'm going to use them because i'm buying not leasing and want my shocks and struts to last. that said, the rs*r springs would likely give me more of what i'm looking for, but i can't justify the potential damage to the suspension components.
any insight would help me out!
