Centric 12144170 (LH) / 12144171 (RH) (economy) and 12544170 (LH) / 12544171 (RH) (high carbon) will work on an AWD and RWD (Originally intended for the low-dust pads used in the 2009-2013 USA-spec RWD models and later used on 2011-13 AWD models).
Centric 12144137 (RH) / 12144138 (LH) (economy) and 12544137 (RH) / 12544138 (LH) (high carbon) are intended for RWD applications with the high friction brake pads (2006-2008 USA models, 2006-2013 Canada Spec RWD).
RockAuto stocks these as well as other performance versions from Centric/StopTech (drilled/slotted/both).

I have done the same set up with the 17" stock wheels but my IS is NOT AWD so not sure if it would change at all. but in any case, I got my rotors from rockauto.com

I did this set up as well but only in the Front. wondering if changing the rear rotors will make a big difference compared to the current IS250 rotors I currently have.

Sorry for late reply. The rear caliper bore on the upgrades parts I used was a little bigger than what came stock. So a little more brake in the rear. Most of the stopping power in on the front so you should be fine. I did it more to feel the full benefit of new brakes since they were all old and crusty.
