What to replace on suspension @ 300k miles?
I've got a 04 IS300 that's got 300,000 miles on a stock suspension. I haven't replaced anything and there's nothing horribly wrong with it but I'm sure most of it is past it's prime. I do get some soft thudding when rolling about 5-10 mph down the road or driving on sand/snow.
There's no obvious play in the components but I feel like whenever both wheels hits a bump on the freeway, in my mind's eye, I see both wheels moving forward and backwards more than it should. At least that's the feeling I'm getting. I feel like new shocks may help with that.
I want to keep everything stock but a couple components I'm considering swapping out include sway bar end links and shocks. Is it even worth swapping out for OEM shocks or are they horribly overpriced. The OEM stuff has done me well considering how many miles I've gotten out of them.

I don't intend on changing ride height but would like a better ride quality. Perhaps a little better handling if that doesn't kill ride quality. Any recommendations? Should I just keep the same springs while replacing just the shocks?
