I just can't seem to figure it out.

What are the ups and downs up this kit?

Does it actually stiffen up the CHASSIS of the car like a strut tower brace or chassis brace does? Or does it just stiffen up the suspension like a stiffer strut or spring would do?

Whatever I do I don't want to make my car ride and rougher... I just want to tighten up the chassis so that it feels more solid and united when turning and when going over rough parts of the road.

So if you had to compare the actual effect of the 6-piece suspenion brace kit to the actual effect of another suspension mod, what would you compare it to?

I don't think you can really compare it to anything.. Maybe some thing like a lower chassis brace.. What the 6-link does is connects the rear suspension parts and links them together so they are re-enforced and don't move around under hard driving...

well put it this way. it will definitely stiffen up the rear end of the car a bit, afteralll you are putting in some rods. but is the result efftive? i have heard both ways. but some hard core racers they told me they couldn't feel much difference

I couldn't feel anything when the 6 link kit was installed. I just got them for the sake to complete Tom's set.

A bit hard to describe or compare to other mods...

IMO ater the six link everything seems just a bit tighter and more connected. I definitely noticed the difference when I put mine on.

I definitely noticed it and was satisfied enough with the rear after that mod that I stopped short of completing the Toms set with the LCB. It is probably stiff enough with either the LSB or LCB.

Going to get LSD instead.
