Default Eibach/Tokico installed .... No more smooth ride

Just got the Tokico/Eibach installed last week and the ride is very bouncy. Is that normal?

I have eibachs and stock shocks...The ride at first is kinda bouncey compared to stock...But after awhile it kinda settled in, and even with my stock shocks I'm still happy with the way it handles..

bouncy??? or do you mean stiff? I had that set up and it was just more stiff. You might want to check the bump stops.

I put the same setup this weekend and it is a bit stiffer, but the noticable 1" drop is worth it. Question for you guys, did you need a camber kit for the alignment after the installation? Or can they align the car within spec with the new setup.

Did you get it aligned at a local tire store, or a proffesional shop. Cause i called Sears Auto store and they said they couldn't do it, so i called House of Mufflers and Brakes and they told me i needed a camber kit. Evidently these places not a clue on what to do. Did they align it original specs.

Thanks for the info. I found a profesional alignment shop and they aligned it to factory specs. It cost 60 dollars which is less then Sears does it for and said not posibble without a camber kit. Never again will i let a high school kid working part time at Sears work on my car again FYI....
