Default 98 GS400 ABS Issues

Hi guys I'm new to the forum and I've been doing a lot of reading on the forums. Not everything is super specific unfortunately. I bought my 1998 Lexus GS400 knowing that when coming to a stop the abs is kicking in. I seen everyone replacing the booster before I joined the forums but uhm that didn't help( but at least I upgraded to a 430 booster) and my uncles scanner is a piece of **** and would freeze when it came to scanning for ABS codes. I since have taken my car to a friends who is mechanically inclined and has scanned my car properly with code, codes which I have seen from reading but nothing with the same 3 codes.

The codes are as followed:
C0278 - Open/Short ABS Motor Solenoid Circuit
C1257- Power Supply Drive Circuit Fault
C1223 - ABS System Fault.

Although I have these codes I do not have any lights on my dash but they do show being on b4 starting the vehicle (even b4 and after replacing the booster ). Fuses and relays were checked and everything checks out to be ok. My uncle believes its the ABS module? I believe its the one under the drivers dash? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I also had my friend monitor the sensors while we went for a drive because I was reading another members thread and he had 1 sensor not reading properly and the km wouldn't drop down like the others to 0 together. Could this 1 sensor( The left rear) be giving me these 3 codes and be my problem. I really love this car and this is the only issue with it that I want over with. You help and words or advice will be kindly appreciated.
