brake pads

I need to replace the rear brake pads on my 2001 IS. Can anybody recommend a brand? I think I will get organic pads, and have a set of beck-arnley, but is there a better brand or type to use? Thanks!

a lot of people say that ebc are good stuff, you can talk to steve G about it

or you can try to get some endless too, not sure where though
