2012 IS250 F-Sport - Leaning toward H&R Springs... Advice?
I know this question has been asked a million times on this forum, but I'm looking to lower my IS. It's my commuter, and so I wanna still focus on reliability and comfort, but that gap is terrible lol. The gap on my Ftype R is bad too, so I'm looking into lowering that as well ( that's for another forum though). My question is simply can I install those H&R lowering springs and just not have to worry about a dramatic difference negatively speaking to the overall ride quality? As in bumpier? and what about camber issues with those springs? Are there any? Lastly, going to buy these $650 for a set of 4, cheap no name rims off eBay lol, but they look sick af, and are 19 x 8.5 in front and 19 x 9.5 in rear. Should be no issues with the H&R springs right?

H&R springs are comfy. Being that you have an fsport suspension already you may not notice a difference in comfort. Typically 19 x 8.5 and 19x9.5 wheels fit just fine. Check your offsets on the wheels prior to your purchase though. Some people may flame you for no name wheels but its your car. So the products you chose is up to you.

Wheels should fit unless the offset is way out. I had H&R in my old 07 is220d SE and recently got a 2010 is220 F Sport. The F Sport def feels better than the SE did stock for stock but the H&R's are a little firmer than the F Sport springs. Hoping to swap springs over to my old H&R's as new owner of my 07 SE doesnt like the stiffness vs his other sofa-on-wheels like car lol
