mild lowering kit and rear camber kit would be fine.

SPC seems to be the consensus in that regard. Thank you!

it is only noticeable on the bumpy roads. I really don't notice the huge difference in NVH.

After installation of the USRS or FIGs LCA, is it required to get an alignment? My assumption is no since the geometry of the front suspension has not changed, but looking for confirmation please.

No, it is not necessary. But it is good idea to grt an alignment if you haven’t gotten it done in a while. My caster setting were within factory specs after i installed the USRS kit.

After installing the RR USRS, everything was noticeable...vibrations, rattles popping up in the vehicle, you name it...so glad I took them off.

Sucks to hear that you had terrible experience. I personally never had any notable experience unless if I'm in a really bad roads. And I live in ****ty part of the suburbs and the roads are usually pretty bad.
I actually felt more NVH when I switched to Michelin PSS than the USRS kit.

I'de suggest putting the front on Jack stands with wheel chocks in back, or jack stands on all four corners.

I am really surprised to hear that anyone has issues with NVH with our USRS bushings. We have sold HUNDREDS of these and simply do not get complaints.

There are many reasons for squeaks and rattled in your car. Just because you install the USRS, and then hear increased NVH, DOES NOT MEAN that the USRS is the root cause.

I recall an incident where we installed USRS on an ISF and a customer complained to squeaks and rattles. I was really surprised. It turned out that another shop that installed his headers did not properly torque hissubframe bolts! So the added stiffness and added load transfer to the subframe due to the stiffer USRS bushings resulted in increased NVH and noise, but only because of of an improperly torqued subframe.

Failure to follow USRS installation and preload instructions could also cause NVH issues. But again, with all the hundreds of installs out there, NVH complaints are *EXTREMELY* rare.

For the USRS preload setting, what happens when there is too much versus too little preload?

its hard to do too much, particularly if you follow instructions, but the only downside would be a bit of excess friction in movement.
