I have not driven it much since the install. Just had them done yesterday. Did you notice the upgraded fogs? 6000K HID's no less

no i didnt notice the fogs. They look nice...really need a night shot with your HIDs for a true comparison. Do you have any pictures and more details on the DIY install on HID fogs? Where did you mount the ballasts?

I was not brave enough to do the install myself. My local Lexus dealer did it. I will take a look tonight and see where the ballasts are installed and will let you know.

Hameed, looks good, I know I recommended them to you after you got your TTE/Ltuned setup, glad you went through.
I noticed your HIDs, I wanted to know if the 6000k, matches the factory 4100k?

The 6000K HID's in the fogs don't match the factory low beam 4100K HID's. They have more of a purplish hue to them. At night on the road, the low beams look very white on their own, but as soon as I turn on the fogs (which have a bluish look on the road), the low beams look less white in comparison to what they looked like when the fogs were off - in fact they look slightly yellowish. I am specifically referring to what you see when you are in the drivers seat looking at the road. As far as looking at the car from the outside goes, the low beams don't really have yellowish look compared to the fogs - just not as purple or bluish as the fogs, that's all.
At first I thought something was wrong with the low beams, but then I drove up beside another car that did not have HID's and my low beams looked positively white. I may upgrade the low beams to 5000K hids as opposed to 6000K HID's as I don't want them to be the same bluish/purple hue that the fogs are. Not that I don't like the color of the fogs now, but I think the "white brightness" of them is less than the 4100K HID's.
As far as a "cool" mod goes, I think 6000K's in the fogs are very high on my scale. You should see the looks I get - guys turn around as the car passes by................

One suggestion, maybe you should go 6000k on the heads as well, because the 5k will not match, IMO. one will be purlish white, and the other bluish white. Good luck anyhow!
