Default H&R spring rates

Looking at H&R Sport springs for my 06 IS350 with KYB Gas-A-Just shocks, didn't find the rates on their website and want to make sure I don't bounce down the road! Anyone know those numbers?

I do not know the rates off the top of my head. But I do have these springs and they ride great. A little firmer than stock but still a comfy ride. I have oem shocks at the moment (car just clicked 50k) so I am not 100% sure if the kybs would make the ride more harsh. But with that being said , I too will be getting the same shocks soon due to the rear having a small leak that my installer noticed before they were put on. I drive her maybe 50 miles a week so no huge rush. Lastly, I was sure that I didn't want coils out of fear of a harsh ride. Good coils ride great and Ill more than likely make the switch in 2018 at some point.

I have the KYB Gas A Just shocks in the rear right now and it rides like stock. The car previously had Tokico Blues in the rear and they were ROUGH with stock springs, nothing like these KYBs. Just didn't want to be over sprung for the shocks I have
