H&R spring rates

I do not know the rates off the top of my head. But I do have these springs and they ride great. A little firmer than stock but still a comfy ride. I have oem shocks at the moment (car just clicked 50k) so I am not 100% sure if the kybs would make the ride more harsh. But with that being said , I too will be getting the same shocks soon due to the rear having a small leak that my installer noticed before they were put on. I drive her maybe 50 miles a week so no huge rush. Lastly, I was sure that I didn't want coils out of fear of a harsh ride. Good coils ride great and Ill more than likely make the switch in 2018 at some point.
