Default Loud Noise when taking slow Right sharp turn after brake change??

2011 IS 250--
About 2 weeks ago, I changed my front and back brake pads and had an alignment done on the car. Now when I take slow, sharp right turns there is a loud noise and vibration felt on the floor drivers side floor board. Only happens on right turns at slow speeds. The noise is not a clicking or knocking noise its like a loud squealing noise? We have rechecked the brakes on the drivers side wheel and did not see anything wrong.. did not appear to be rubbing the brake shield or anything.. Any suggestions on what this could be??
