I just insatlled TEIN HA coilovers....
I have the setting set @ 6 (1softest to 16 hardest)
I love the ride on smooth surfaces but me being in NYC I need it to be a little less bone jarring when I go over bumps (they are unavoidable)

I tried to set it @ 1 and its still a bit too harsh....

my question is
what do you guys have your settings on your coilovers?
Do you make the front stiffer over rear or vice versa?

any help would be appreciated.

I'm going to raise the car about 1/2" to see if that will help.
As for now the wheels are tucked in pretty tight in the wheelwell.

Hey Dennis, How ya been? Mod bug keeping you busy?
I keep my coilovers set the same front to rear and dodge every hole and rough spot I see .
How low is your ride height? Just a guess but...raising it a little higher may give your suspension a little more room to rebound from the NY potholes. Dont know how you do it (put so many miles in the NYC/CT area). I trash a jeep every 18mos driving in that area with the crap roads and construction. Good Luck


P.S. Gotta get some info on Level 10 from you.

The ride will also get a little smoother as the coils break in. That is how it was for me atleast.

anyhow, on my tein CS, i counted 22 clicks. I'm running 15 for front and rear. its smooth enough for me. i hope this helps.

I dont really know the settings on my CS's and they are very comfortable, comparable to stock.
