Default Do is300 sedan suspension parts fit a Sportcross?

Hello everyone! I have a stock 04 Is300 Sportcross and was wondering will the regular sedan coils work with a wagon... I had a tire blowout on the freeway and used the spare in the trunk and noticed that it was scraping the control arm on the inside of the rim only to find out that it was a rear rim. So are the rims staggered from factory? Thanks!

Yes. Sedan and Wagon parts are interchangeable. However if you try to use stock sedan parts on the wagon you will notice that the rear sedan springrates are too soft and the weight of the wagon rear end will cause the rear to sag.
And yes, wagon oem wheels were staggered.
