Default ISC/BC/FA500 & Spring Rates

Hey guys, so I'm sure there's a lot of debates between these brands for our cars now, however I'm trying to find first hand experiences with these three particular coilover brands. I've gone through and read nearly everything on the web I can find that's review based (even for newer Lexus models and some over with the Subaru forums), but have lack of reviews from the '01-'05 IS300 guys.

My IS is running up on 250K miles so the suspension is at the end of its life. I want to waken it back up to DD comfort, but also have the tight sporty feel whenever I want to drive aggressive. For reference, I will probably drive this car most days out the week and have the occasional track days at the drag strip so the suspension has to find a balance in both. I'm already looking into picking up Eibach sway bars (28mm/17mm) opposed to the thicker bars/brands out there with the DD factor in mind.

When choosing the spring rates, does anyone have any idea what the 10K, 12K, 14K, etc is comparable to in the IS300 chassis?

I know this topic has probably been beaten to death, but any help is much appreciated! Thanks
