Make one like this then we're talking.
Good: make it straight across, hingeless, bolts going straight down with a raised standoff/platform for the top bar.
Better: tie into firewall with standoff brackets with a threaded receiver (assuming our firewalls don't have these provisions behind the stock padding--nobody on this earth has confirmed this yet) If we did, i'd get this stock bar and bolt it on in a heartbeat. Tried peeling back padding with my fingers but it's stiff and I don't want to ruin it.

Someone posted a better one the other day that's one solid piece. I would prefer that to these generic ones with hinges personally. Though this will never be as effective as the stock design of the RC-F where it ties into the firewall.

Toms front is 1 piece, which is usualy the best.
