Default front end noise at low speed

I'm getting some front end noise at low speeds, sounds and feels like its coming from the right wheel. Had alignment, balanced and brakes done. Still making noise. Brake and Tire guy thinks it might be wheel bearings, he's checking it out today. Any thoughts? If I need to replace what about cost?
I don't want to get ripped off, I just bought the car 2 weeks ago. It's a 97 SC300 with 90,000. The dealer is a friend of mine and drove the car himself for a few months and told me about the noise before I bought the car. He thought is was just a minor tire problem (balanced, rotation). I hope he'll pay to get it right. I should have had it checked out. But unfortunately I'm an idiot.

If it makes the sound at the same speed as when the tires rotate, the bearing could likely be your problem. Not sure on replacement cost (parts & labor).

update: Brake and Tire guy changed right front with right rear and noise moved to back. Tire has strange wear on tread. oh well, better than bearing, Tech said that those wheel bearings are solid as a rock will never go bad-that's awesome with 90000k
He had three 2002 Silverados with less than 35000 k needing both bearings replaced. Too bad for the cowboys!
