2011 IS-250 came with 17 inch tires, can I put these on car with out doing anything ? Blizzaks P235/40 R 18 95H

I'm not quite sure if this is what you are asking, but there is no way a 235/40 18 (18 inch tire) is going to fit on a 17" rim.

Yes i know 18 inch tires wont fit 17 inch rims.I can get rims.i need to know if the tire/wheel size will have any effect on car

17" what tires? Offset? On the net there is a chart you use to figure that out. Usually winter tires are mounted on down sized wheel not upsized. Better
talk to your local tire shop. IMO if 18' wheel can be fit, this should have summer tires and winter tires should be on 17" wheels.
