Default friction noise from front brakes

Hi all,
I replaced my rotors and my pads all oem, and for some reason while I am braking I hear a friction noise.
I also try to lift the car with a jack (the front wheel is in the air), and I spin the wheel manually I also hear this friction noise.
its is the default on IS 250 a little friction noise from the contact of the pads and the rotors ?
its sound something like this :
Thanks alot

Check your brake dust shield. You may have inadvertently bent it to some degree that it's rubbing on the rotor. Do same procedure that you did before turn the free rotor by hand to see if it's rubbing.

I looked at the dust shield and its seems OK, when I brake the noise is getting louder, so I don't think its the dust shield, or am I wrong?

I'd pull off the brakes again, and inspect. Check brake pads are facing the rotor correctly.

Make sure the pad is facing the contour of the hub. Also check if the Piston is retracting on the caliper. Could be a frozen caliper.

my mechanic check the piston and its OK, and my brakes are looking like in the picture.

While you brake in you car, there is 0 noise from the brakes?

Check your brake hardware if it's aftermarket it might not have a good fitment. Pull the pads off and check. I got new pads from Raybestos and the hardware was not a good fitment. I ended up using the old OEM one.

Pull the pads and spin the rotor. They might not be bent correctly. Leave the hardware on the caliper just spin the rotor.

Sounds like a high spot on the rotor. Did you bed-in the brakes?
