Default RSR Downs and Stock Shocks

Hello guys sorry if this has already been brought up but I can’t find anything on it. To anyone who has had lowering springs on there car long term, how have the shocks held up. I’m interested in lowering the car but I’m wondering what the life span would be on the shocks with RSR Downs.
