Default Tire Buying Whoas for 19x10

I have 19x9 and 19x10 wheels on the way.

The best tire fitment for maximum clearance and maintaining the closest factory diameter is keeping the factory widths at 225/35R19 and 255/30/19.

225/35/19 are extremely hard to find in All Season tires, and unfortunately 255/30/19 is not compatible with 19x10 wheels, only up to 19x9.5. Even still only Michelin even made those all season tires in the same model.

I think a lot of people could save themselves a lot of tire problems by going F19x9 / R19x9.5 (+1 up-size all around). You can still get the same size lip and flush fitment with a rear +41 offset.

You can fit 255/30/19 on a 10" wide wheel. i've seen it done. I don't follow those spec charts. I just fit what ever fits my car. Why not go with 265 if you can clear it??

i'm running 255/30/19 on my 9.5 rear and these tires can fit a 10" wheel. just a mild stretch.

I'm running at 275/30-19 in the rear with no rub. A lot will depend on your offset also.
