Default Shaking and noise in my '99 GS300

We have had this car since it had 9800 miles and I have noticed lately that its starting to make louder noises on the braking and steering wheel is starting to vibrate. Its barely noticable, but its different than it used to be. I had the brakes checked out and they were fine. The engine was serviced and they replace all the fluids and belts. I was going to go get the tires rotated today, but I dont feel its the problem. I have heard of someone have the rear bearings come loose on them and needed to be tightened. If that is the problem what are the symtoms??? Thanks for the help, Aaron

You say you've had the car since it had 9800 miles on it but you didn't say how many are on it today.

Are you on the same set of tires also?

From your description, while your brakes may still be functional, the rotors may be a bit warped and need to be turned (made flat again). I had this done recently, and it made a HUGE difference.

Regular rotation (if you can), balancing, and alignment are all a good thing too.

Default Left out info

I have about 55,000miles on my GS. I just had the tires balanced and rotated. My tires are new and I am unsure whether my discs need to be turned. I was thinking more along the lines of a bearing going out in it. The noise is while I am driving mainly and I notice it when I brake also. So its both driving and braking. Any other ideas???

You should make sure to have the right tire pressure at all 4 tires all the time, sometimes that causes problems or makes other things worse!!!
